What to expect durring your visit:

You’ve already built your system and seen your estimated price online. The next step is a free, zero-pressure in-home consultation with one of our experienced service managers, scheduled at a time that works for you. This is not a "Sales Call": During this visit, your dedicated system specialist will inspect your home, review the existing system and ductwork, and perform a full Manual J calculation using ACCA-approved methods to confirm the exact heating and cooling needs of your home. This allows us to verify that the system you selected online is the right fit and to confirm the final price with confidence. In most homes, the system and price you built online will be exactly right, or very close. If your home needs the same system size and the same work included in your online estimate, your price stays the same. If a different size system or additional work is needed due to conditions in the home, we will explain it clearly and review the exact pricing with you before anything moves forward.
